Farmed Atlantic or Chinook salmon with its high oil content gives sushi dishes a rich flavour and texture. Farmed salmon is the full nutritional package – it is very high in omega-3 and vitamin E and contains essential amino acids- all part of a healthy diet.
So whether you prefer to eat your sushi with wasabi or to say "sabinuki" (no wasibi please) give an emphatic "Domo arigato!" (thank you very much!) when salmon is served.
