Western Canada's largest hospitality trade show the BC Food Service Expo provides an outstanding opportunity to meet customers face to face. BCSFA attended this show in 2006 and we are looking forward to returning in 2009. This show is designed to launch new products, to build new customer relationships and to strengthen existing ones. Research shows that BC residents spend $292 more on restaurant meals annually than the Canadian average and this trade show puts us in direct contact restaurant owners and staff, enabling us to better educate them about how we care for our salmon and the environment we raise them in.
