Western Canada's largest hospitality trade show the BC Food Service Expo provides an outstanding opportunity to meet customers face to face. BCSFA attended this show in 2006 and we are looking forward to returning in 2009. This show is designed to launch new products, to build new customer relationships and to strengthen existing ones. EAT! Vancouver, Canada's largest consumer food, beverage and cooking festival, takes place at BC Place Stadium. The food show features hundreds of food, beverage and kitchen goods exhibitors along with wineries, breweries, restaurants, cooking demonstrations, wine and cheese seminars, cookbook authors, chef competitions and barbeque and chili cook-offs.
